Returns & Exchanges
Every WallyBed is made to order, so here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Size & style exchanges
Exchanges are welcome for beds that are unused and in resellable condition.
Email us within 15 days
Contact wallybed@wallybed.com within 15 days of receiving your order for a return authorization and address.
Pack it up
Include the email approval in the box, with exchange instructions and your shipping address.
Ship by UPS or FedEx
Returns and exchanges must ship by UPS or FedEx to reach us. Any credit goes back to your original payment method.
Returns only
Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. It must reach us within 20 days of delivery to receive credit, issued to your original payment method.
Because each bed is made per order, a 15% restocking fee applies to all return-only requests.
Guarantee
All WallyBed products are guaranteed for one year from purchase to be free of manufacturer defects, with recommended care.
